Polar Bear Plunge

to benefit The Francis took place on Saturday, February 10th, 2007, and raised our goal of $1500. Fifteen chili recipes were judged. Seven winners took the plunge into about a foot and a half of water with the air temperature struggling to reach zero degrees. Not gonna mention names, but a couple of plungers went the extra mile to make snow angels after exiting from the tub.
