Mona is making truffles for each teacher, and she is going to talk to Hy-vee about donating flowers for the brunch. We plan to have dinner and movie door prizes.
Substitute teachers
We are asking teachers to identify Parents who can teach there class for the day.
Program
We would like to give special thanks to some teachers who aren’t planning on teaching next year, for there years of hard work.
We would like to not only thank the teachers at the brunch, but build up some momentum for next years teaching themes and goals.
Goals for education
and Sunday School Theme
We are still talking about a theme, but would like to emphasize class service projects, and helping the children apply what they have learned in Sunday School to their everyday lives. Mona is going to put together a Service Project Idea Board. Other areas that we see as Sunday School goals are basic Bible skills and building relationships.
