“POWER

I’m
in a pastors’ study group. Our current
book is Power Surge by Mike Foss. He emphasizes key leadership

goals…”discipleship” not “membership”…focused tasks for committees, not
meetings “ad infinitum”…mutual expectations and evaluation…letting the people
be creative and empowered.
On
this track, we at GSC could offer our space and help to the Synod for
leadership training events. ??
