  1. Staff Reports as written-Pastor Tom’s last day is June 25.

a. Cynthia’s Report

            i. New Hymnals $20.00/ea. Will be ready in early 2007, Members can purchase

               one and give as memorials or as a gift.

            ii. Day Camp registration is coming to an end.

            iii. There will be no pre-school day camp this year due to lack of interest.

            iv. Closure of Sunday School-still loooking for volunteers to teach Sunday School.

    1. Renew & Rejoice Update

i. Tithing for a Time doing well $75,000 is goal and $38,000 is in thus far.

                        ii. “Simply Giving” has increased.

                        iii. “Every Member is Important” – not discussed due to committee not meeting.

    1. Visioning Plan Update-Long Range Planning

i.                     Motion passed to approve revised long range plan.

 

                  c. Defibrillator - Val

                              i. Tim will check with Mayo Clinic colleagues to see which one to use.

a. We thanked Sue Lee and Jeff Brown for organizing the confirmation retreat.

    1. Summer Worship Schedule

i.                     No early service this summmer due to lack of volunteers. We will barely have

enough for one service this summer.
