i. Find out what plan is for expanding school from leaders of Seeds of Wisdom.
ii. Jen will talk to Cynthia and get her input and will let Doug know results.
c. Pastor Tom’s Report
i. Bishop has strongly recommended a Bird Flu Influenza plan within all churches.
ii. We should ask a few healthcare professionals within the church to devise a plan.

2. Doug will talk to parish nurse Lonnie Finskov
iii. Pastor Tom has started to hold 1st communion classes; however only 6 of 20 attended and only the mothers came.
iv. Finance proposal
1. “Tithing for a Time”
a. Tithe for a specific time frame by inviting households to tithe for a specific time.
b. Do this by inviting and meeting with families to discuss this opportunity.
c. If families can’t tithe then we challenge them to give a small percentage.
d. Tithing time by encouraging people to increase their volunteer time.
e. The church will tithe 10% of what income is brought in.
2. “Every member is important”
a. Every member will get a personal contact or at least a telephone conversation.
b. “This is why I support GSLC”
i. Invite people to come.
c. Simply a social visit talking about GSLC
d. The ultimate goal is church attendance
3. Simply Giving
a. Automatic bank withdrawal. We will start to encourage this more.
d. Jen will talk to fellowship committee about implementing these ideas.
