    2. Preparation for a vote on “Other Relief” spending designation for 2005 at the Feb. 13 Congregational meeting; request Church in Society to list several options—Exec. Comm.
    3. Spending of surplus funds—Finance committee recommends bringing 2 or 3 options to the congregation at the Feb. 13 Congregational meeting for a vote, as there is a considerable amount in excess of the budget this year—Molly

    1. Christmas Special Offering

                                                               i.            Finance committee recommends that offerings from Christmas services go to the newest ELCA start-up congregation in Eyota—Molly

    1. New Council members will be installed in January; consider your role in next year’s committee assignments and executive positions.
    2. Rating of items from table discussions at Nov. Congregational meeting.  Results to go to Long Range Planning for integration into Visioning plan.
