In 2005, GSC published a Cookbook, with profits going to the Salvation Army and Interfaith Hospitality Network.

Our cookbook name is Our Daily Bread. There are 446 recipes.

It is a 3-ring binder with a padded cover in a laminated linen finish, and sold for $12.

Recipes were collected in February. The cookbook was ordered in April, and delivered in May, 2005.

Note: Base price for 500 cookbooks at 5.55 each was $2775. Base price for 400 cookbooks would have been 6.35 each for $2540. Extra 100 books cost us $235 or $2.35 each. Put another way, ordering 100 extra lowered the per book price 80 cents.
